Samsung LED TV Promotion (Jan 2010)

There is a current promotion for Samsung LED TV.
Get any Series 6, 7 or 8 Samsung LED TV and you can choose from either one of the following free gift (from distributor):
- Audio Gift – Samsung SB-1 Ultra Slim Speaker Bar + Samsung BD-P1600 Blue-Ray Player
- Video Gift – Samsung LA32B350 32″ LCD TV
For selected models, you can even free installation and brackets for your LED TV.
I happened by Best Denki few days ago and was staring at a 40″ Samsung LED TV Series 6 and all I can say is …. it very very cool.
Beautiful image, slightly more saturated in color then their own non-LED TV’s (just comparing Samsung to Samsung) but I felt that with LED backlighting, it was less glaring then conventional LCD TV.
The only drawback is that they don’t come very cheap.
The 40″ Series 6 I saw was more than $2500 (after all the in house discount) and there wasn’t any mention of free gifts. So if you have a budget constraint, stick with conventional LCD TV, it’s still a better value buy.
But if you want the best, I would say, this promotion is pretty good. 
Oh … it’s available at all major electronic stores like Best Denki, Courts, Harvey Norman, Gain City, Audio House, Mega Discount Store and Mustafa.

The series 6 40″ LED TV was going at $2799.
Gifts include a choice of a) Blueray Player + Soundbar or b) 32″ LCD TV. You also get free wall mounting installation. I think this is still available.
At Courts sales last weekend, they were throwing in an extra $100 Courts voucher and $300 Robinson voucher. This I’m not sure if it’s still available.
