Hi i bought Rowenta stand fan this morning but the remote control is not working. Ive called your office and advise me to bring the faulty item to Comtech Building I was holding the receipt when i was speaking to your salesperson and unfortunately i misplaced it and i cannot find it anymore I have the Nets receipt will that be sufficient enough?
